Hi, I’m Terrance! After high school, I proudly joined the U.S. Army, where I spent some of the most meaningful years of my life serving my country and developing the discipline, compassion, and leadership skills that guide my work today. As one of five siblings, with three brothers and one sister, I understand the importance of family, connection, and strong support systems. Today, as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, I use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help individuals develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I’m passionate about partnering with families to create individualized, evidence-based treatment that leads to meaningful progress and greater independence.
I practice ABA with compassion, dignity, and integrity, always prioritizing the safety, well-being, and individual needs of every client and family I serve. I use evidence-based and individualized strategies to build meaningful skills, encourage independence, and improve quality of life. I believe in listening to families, respecting each client’s unique strengths and preferences, and working collaboratively to create positive, lasting change.
My favorite part of working in the field is seeing my clients master meaningful skills and gain greater independence. It is especially rewarding to see the results of caregiver training, knowing families have the confidence and tools to help their loved one use those skills across people, settings, and everyday situations. My ultimate goal is to create lasting progress that continues long after I am no longer the client’s provider.
I love what I do because I feel a responsibility to give back to my community and support families who may need guidance, encouragement, and access to quality care. Helping individuals develop meaningful skills, gain independence, and improve their quality of life gives my work a true sense of purpose. Every step of progress—no matter how small—reminds me why I chose this field and motivates me to continue making a positive and lasting difference.
Clients, families, colleagues, and fellow practitioners can expect open communication, honesty, respect, understanding, and consistent support from me. I value collaboration and believe that the best outcomes are achieved when everyone feels heard, informed, and included. You can also expect professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and individualized care.
