My name is Rachel Rider. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have 3 children of my own and live in the Atlanta area. I love spending time with my family, and am currently getting certified as a personal fitness trainer. I love animals and doing anything outdoors. I have been in the field of applied behavior analysis for a cumulative of 10 years; starting my journey as behavior technician at the Marcus Autism Center and progressed to assistant behavior analyst, followed by BCBA and clinical manager. I have ample experience with conducting assessments, parent coaching, and providing quality support to my staff as they work with our clients.
I provide telehealth services to RBTs and their families. I am very engaged with my clients and staff in my sessions, and I try to make my sessions fun and productive! I meet with my parents weekly or biweekly, and we collaborate on strategies to help make out clients successful in the home and community.
My favorite experience in this field was when a caregiver expressed to me that my training and coaching made her feel more confident in her parenting.
I love the science of behavior analysis and I love seeing the positive and meaningful changes it can do for my clients and their families.
You can expect open communication and a collaborative therapeutic experience.
