Compassionate and dedicated behavior analyst with over four years of hands-on experience delivering ABA services across diverse settings. Skilled in behavior reduction, skill acquisition, caregiver training, staff supervision, and ethical implementation of individualized treatment plans. Committed to culturally responsive, evidence-based practices that enhance quality of life for individuals and families.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I strive to create individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment plans that support meaningful progress for each client and their family. I use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach functional skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence across home, school, and community settings. My approach emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and team members, and I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships. I believe in meeting learners where they are, embedding motivation into sessions, and celebrating growth every step of the way. My goal is to ensure that each client has the tools and support they need to lead a more fulfilling and empowered life.
One of my favorite aspects of being a BCBA is working directly with clients and seeing the meaningful impact of our work together. I especially enjoy supporting individuals as they build independence in areas such as mobility, communication, daily living skills, and social interaction. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a client confidently use a new skill for the first time—whether it's expressing their needs, navigating their environment more independently, or forming connections with others. Celebrating those moments with clients and their families reminds me why I do this work and fuels my passion for providing thoughtful, individualized care.
I love being a BCBA because I get to help people grow in ways that truly matter. Seeing clients gain confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent is incredibly rewarding. I’m especially passionate about creating personalized supports that reflect each individual’s strengths and goals. In addition to working with clients, I also enjoy mentoring RBTs and students entering the field; I find it meaningful to share knowledge, build clinical skills, and help shape the next generation of behavior analysts. Every success (big or small)reinforces my commitment to this field and reminds me why I chose a career focused on making a positive, lasting impact.
As your BCBA, you can expect clear communication, a strong commitment to ethical and effective care, and a collaborative approach grounded in compassion and assent-based practices. I work with the goal of promoting true independence—always aiming to build lasting skills that reduce the need for long-term support. My role isn’t to create dependency, but to support progress in a way that empowers individuals and families. I believe in being approachable, responsive, and thoughtful in everything I do, and I’m dedicated to working as part of a team to create meaningful, sustainable change.
